We understand extraordinary situations require extraordinary measures. Without an exception, we ensure all safety precautions are followed to the letter. We conduct daily safety protocol sessions with both our staff at farm and our delivery executives and ensure effective use of masks, gloves and sanitizers. All equipment including the bottles, delivery vehicles are also sanitized daily with non alcoholic disinfectants.
We are continuously training and educating our Delivery staff on the best practices of Self hygiene, proper method and frequency of hand washing/sanitising as well as what to do in case if they have any symptoms of illness.
As always, we continue practicing contact-less delivery. The bottles are placed outside your doorstep before you wake to eliminate / limit interaction between delivery executives and customers. We remain just a call away in case you need to talk to us!
We have multiple checkpoints for sanitation. Our Supervisors make sure the employees sanitize themselves before Milk Filling and packing.
We have thermal scanners to check the temperature of the staff and we encourage them to stay home, if they are sick.
